- Highsmith, Carol M., 1946- The Delaware County Electric Company Building in Chester, Pennsylvania, a close-in Philadelphia suburb that, incorporated in 1682, is the oldest city in the commonwealth, as Pennsylvania and Virginia call their states. The building is part of the Chester Waterside Station of the Philadelphia Electric Company, a historic former coal-fired power station on the Delaware River It is currently (as of 2019) owned by the PECO Energy Company of the Exelon Corporation and has has been converted into an office building.[]
